WHAT'S INSIDE

Stop seeking validation from other people.  That is something I had to learn as an entrepreneur.  I also found myself looking in the mirror and questioning my hairstyle, my makeup and even my outfit.  I felt like I needed someone else to tell me that I looked good.  But then I realized that I was looking for others to confirm me, to make me feel better.

You must focus on accepting your own self-validation; if you do not get it from anyone else.

I dedicate this publication to 'Self Validation'

Lifestyle and Fashion have long been linked as building personal and business brands.

While clothing covers the body, fashion satisfies individuals’ lifestyle needs, for example, feeling a sense of belonging, self esteem and the need to fill one’s potential.

To some individuals, fashion is considered an art form to others it is a way of expressing their lifestyle to the outside world.

Walking, lifting weights, doing chores – it’s all good. Regardless of what you do, regular exercise and physical activity is the path to health and well-being.

Exercise burns fat, builds muscle, lowers cholesterol, eases stress and anxiety and lets us sleep restfully.

Exercising regularly, every day if possible, is the single most important thing you can do for your health.
